By accessing or using BookBlast (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
BookBlast is a content tool for authors. The Service may include uploading or pasting text, generating social posts or visuals, scheduling, and analytics. Features depend on your plan.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the Service or other users.
You agree to use BookBlast lawfully. You may not upload content you do not have rights to use, upload malware or abusive material, attempt to break security or rate limits, or resell access without permission.
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant BookBlast a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service for you. Do not upload confidential information you cannot share for this purpose.
The Service, branding, and software are owned by BookBlast or its licensors. Except as allowed by law or these terms, you may not copy or redistribute them.
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions may renew until you cancel in accordance with the checkout terms shown at purchase. Taxes may apply. Price changes, if any, will be communicated as required.
Outputs from AI features are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookBlast is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty dollars if you paid nothing.
We may update these terms. We will post the new version and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails from BookBlast, including account confirmations, password resets, billing receipts, and security alerts. These cannot be disabled while your account is active.
You may also receive marketing emails about new features, tips, and special offers. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time in Settings → Notifications, by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing support@bookblast.io.
